Payment and Support
- Paid packages and additional services are provided under the conditions specified at the time of order.
- Due to the simultaneous and shared panel structure of the digital service, license and package fees are deemed fulfilled upon delivery; therefore, no refunds are issued for purchased licenses.
- If a service is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, improvements or technical updates, the membership period is extended in proportion to the downtime; such situations do not entitle a refund of the license fee.
- Support processes may vary depending on the nature of the request and the active package.
- Order, support, and operation records may be retained for review purposes when necessary.
