Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) carefully before using the SeoBotX.com website (“Site”) and the services offered (“Services”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and Services.

ARTICLE 1: PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS

- Subscription Plan: The package selected by the User, which grants access to specific Services for a defined period and fee.
ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the User concerning the use of the Site and Services.
2.2. By registering as a User or beginning to use the Services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Site or Services.
ARTICLE 3: SUBSCRIPTION, PRICING, AND PAYMENT POLICY
3.1. To use the Services, the User must create a subscription account and purchase a valid Subscription Plan. The User warrants that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
3.2. Subscription Plans and their current fees are listed on the Site. The Company reserves the right to modify fees and plan features at any time with prior notice.
3.3. Payments are collected in advance via the payment methods specified on the Site (e.g., credit card). The subscription period begins as soon as the payment is successfully processed.
3.4. REFUND POLICY: * Due to the immediate and intangible nature of our digital services, all payments made by the User for a Subscription Plan are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. By purchasing a Subscription Plan, the User irrevocably agrees to this condition from the moment of payment. * Partial use or non-use of the Services, a change of mind, the subscription not meeting the User’s expectations, or the termination of the subscription by the User before its expiration date shall not establish a right to a refund. * The Company explicitly states that due to the nature of the services provided, there is no obligation to provide a refund under any “right of withdrawal” or “cooling-off” period. By accepting this Agreement, the User agrees to waive any such statutory rights. * All sales are final. The User is responsible for evaluating the features of the Services and their suitability for their own needs before making a payment.
ARTICLE 4: SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
4.1. The Company will exercise the utmost care to ensure the Services are uninterrupted and error-free. However, Services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or technical disruptions beyond the Company’s control (e.g., server issues, cyber-attacks, internet infrastructure failures).
4.2. The Company commits to resolving any potential service disruptions within a maximum of 48 (forty-eight) hours from the time the issue is reported or detected.
4.3. This downtime will not be deducted from the User’s current subscription period. Following the resolution of the issue, a time period equivalent to the duration of the disruption will be added to the User’s active subscription period as compensation (e.g., a 6-hour outage will result in +1 day being added). This time extension shall be the User’s sole and exclusive remedy for any service interruption.
ARTICLE 5: USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
5.1. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information (username, password) and for all activities that occur under their account.
5.2. The User agrees to use the Services only for lawful purposes and will not use them for spam, illegal content, malware, or any other malicious activities.
5.3. Reverse-engineering, copying, reselling, or duplicating the Services is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 6: PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATION CONSENT
6.1. The Company is committed to protecting User data privacy. Detailed information on how personal data is processed is available in our “Privacy Policy”.
6.2. Promotional and Informational Communications: By accepting this Agreement, the User expressly consents to receive promotional and informational emails (newsletters) from SeoBotX.com regarding its own services, updates, campaigns, educational content, and other announcements. The User may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link provided in every email.
ARTICLE 7: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content on the Site are the exclusive property of SeoBotX.com and are protected by intellectual property laws. They may not be used without permission.
ARTICLE 8: TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
If the User breaches any of the terms of this Agreement, the Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate the User’s account without notice. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
ARTICLE 9: MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. All modifications will become effective when they are posted on the Site. A User’s continued use of the Services after such modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By using the services of SeoBotX.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.

All use of systems and sites is the responsibility of the user.
